Call sound issues - others can't hear me during calls and I can't hear them either

Hi,

I have had this phone now for around a month (S22 ultra EU exynos) and this is the 4th or 5th time that has happened to me. I receive a call, I hear the ringtone, I answer the phone but I hear nothing. I try to hang up the person and call myself and hear nothing.????? Only way to solve the problem is restart the phone, like I'm on a windows 98 computer....

This is besides the other problem I have with phone refusing to unlock once a day, I am really getting tired of all this annoying bugs.

Why would a 1400$ phone not be able to receive calls? Has anyone else had similar problems or it's only my unit that is faulty?

I have installed latest update via Smart Switch yesterday. Will see if there really was something helpful included...

I will wait for the latest update, if it doesn't work, I will go to a Samsung service center asking for a replacement. In any case, this is my last Samsung.

I have noticed something else new.
If I leave the WLAN disabled at work (WiFi6 @ work) then both SIM cards work.

At home, there are no problems with enabled WiFi (WiFi5).

Maybe there's a correlation from the combination SIM1 + SIM2 (different provider) + WiFi6?!

Sounds pretty strange...but can be reproduced with me.

(No difference if WiFi-calls are enabled or disabled)

Just received the december-update G991BXXU5DVKF / G991BOXM5DVKF / G9911BXXU5DVL2 (Germany) for my S21.

Problem still exists!

But why are there no problems with 2 SIM cards from the same provider (D1/Telekom)?
I tested it again with another D1 SIM -> no problems.

Problems exist only when D1, O2 and (apparently) WiFi6 meet.

After updating my S21 the issue remains. Mine is still in guarantee and is going back today. No more Samsung for me. A phone that can't be used to call with ...really!
