Background Call app graphic is glitching

Has anyone experienced this issue at all? It has happened to me a few times now intermittently when making a call; instead of loading the background moving graphic it just loads a full screen glitchy background.

Everything else other than the background is fine. This started almost immediately after getting the phone brand new.

I haven't faced this issue. Ur screen seems to be damaged. Does this only happen on calls ?

Yes it just seems to be a corruption of the file that the phone uses to play in the background when making the call. As you can see from the screenshot- it only effects the graphic that usually plays when calling someone. Everything else is fine and the screen has zero damage/issues otherwise

You will need to try factory resetting (back up all your data first). The file is corrupted and cannot be repaired unless your factory reset the phone
