Audio sync issue

Who else is facing this audio sync issue where the sound plays first and the video lags whether its whatsapp, netflix, instagram etc.

More detailed information needed. What are you using for sound? Wired headset, internal phone speaker, blutooth speaker, wireless speaker, casting to an AV system?

Whether its via phone speaker, wired headset, galaxy buds pro, the issue is regardless of what i use, my audio and video are not sync and theres a delay in the video, ive been told by samsung its a software issue and apparently i have to wait for an update which is a joke as i requested for a exchange and they said its past the 28 days of purchase so i cant take that as an option. Also whatsapp videos just keep freezing and buffering even after downloads

Yep, I'm having the same issue. Noticed it first on Instagram a few days ago. Only restarting the phone fixed it.

Then today, on Netflix, the same issue again. Had to restart the phone to fix it.

I'm just using the phone's speaker for playback.

For a device with great specs my experience with is so far hasn't been great
