Since the latest software update on my S22u a few of my apps aren't working (example- Mistplay, O2 Priority). The apps work fine on my Samsung tablet but not on my smartphone. When you click app it tries to load and then exiexits straight out. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. Help?

I've been having issues with the O2 Priority app force closing for a while now. I don't think it is an S22U OS issue. For me it started when O2 updated it to v9.1.9.

There are a lot of posts of issues with that app on the O2 community forum. By the sounds of it, it's affecting users with various Samsung devices.

Personally, I'm hoping for O2 to resolve the issue in a future update, so I have uninstalled it for now. In the meantime, I am using the Web version.

But it's not just O2 Priority that I'm having issues with, it's a few apps. They all work on my Samsung tablet but not on my phone 😞
I've just had a new software update on my phone tonight and was hoping it would have fixed the issues but it hasn't. Mine stopped working since the last software update before today. Hopefully they fix it be it Samsung end or the actual developers of the apps!

When you uninstall the app from the phone it may also be beneficial to delete it from your MyLibrary in your Playstore, and then reinstall to get a fresh copy of the app @aspotofbother 

Sometimes clearing the cache and if needed the data of the app can help.

Settings > Apps > Choose the App > Storage > Clear Cache / Data > Launch the app.

Sometimes it's possible to delete app updates in the phone's settings which can help.

Also check the permissions in the app.
