So when I first got my phone android auto worked fine and for a while now I haven't been able to connect to it. It just vibrates and disconnects when I plug it in, I have tried all the trouble shooting methods with zero luck in getting it to connect.
I have tried other phones and they connect just fine with no issue but seems to have an issue with mine for some reason.

Hi, I use Android Auto with an S22 Ultra, mainly wirelessly. I have noticed that if I have the mobile hotspot active, Android Auto connection is hit and miss. Since I've made sure to disable the hotspot when in the car, the connection is much more stable.

I have the S22 and it just will not connect to android auto. Phone connects with Bluetooth but only voice calls and media. Tried different cables, and pretty much ALL the advice on internet, YouTube, android auto forums. Connect cable, car in park(or neutral as it's a manual gearbox) phone unlocked,. Same every time, choose android auto, message comes up, Connection failed. Wife's Sony connects. Any other suggestions? Help!

Fairly basic samsung tablet works fine connecting to Android auto wirelessly, whereas my Samsung S22 ultra will not connect. Makes no sense. Works fine with cable, but not interested wirelessly. Any ideas please?
