Hello!

I'm a very happy owner of a Samsung S22.

However, the latest Android 15 and OneUI7 Is still not available for the download.

Anyone in the same spot?

When there will be the rollout for S22 owner?

Thank you

You should have had it a while ago now. Where did you purchase the device from/ is it a refurbished phone? are you in UK, what is your CSC code for your device?

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

Most likely you're using a device out of region.

Can you please confirm....

1. Place of purchase.
2. Retailer name
3. CSC Code
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Here the screenshot about my sw.

I'm located in Italy and I bought the phone from eBay (not sure about the seller locations).

Maybe here in Italy i still need to wait for the rollout?

Is your device in the same region as where you purchased it? Also are you using a local carrier SIM to your country?

I'm pretty sure Italy has had the update months ago. I can't quite work it out due to the language but is it saying it last had an update last year in August?

As posted in other screenshots, your model is from the USA, and you're in Italy. Samsung phones are region-locked, hence no updates. You could maybe try to find an American SIM and update, or try SmartThings on a PC.
