Hallo @husa994,
Thank you for your message. Have you tried deleting the chache memory through the recovery menu? If not, turn of your phone, press and hold the Volume Up, Power, and Home/Bixby buttons until you see the Android logo. Select 'Wipe cache partition' and afterward 'Reboot systeem now'. Let us know it it worked.
With kind regards,
Ajay

Thank you for your reaction husa994,
In that case it is best to visit one of our Service Centers. There they can flash your S22 so that it works normally again. See below link for the location and to make an appointment.
Met groet,
Ajay

Hallo husa994,
If you haven't already can you try these troubleshooting guides >
- Safe Mode > https://bit.ly/3gqindd turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
- As a last resort back up and Factory Reset.
When it is indeed a hardware issue, a repair is then the only solution.
With kind regards,
Ajay
