Thank you for reaching out. Since when do you experience this? And have also checked the settings in the Game Launcher? Open the Game Launcher and press the 3-line button on the right bottom corner, choose for Game Booster and go to Game Optimalisation. Do you experience this also when you choose for a different option?

Thank you for reaching out! With the S22 Ultra you got a perfect phone in your hands with lots of features and possibilities and this isn't supposed to crash for 2 or 3 times a day! What are you doing when your phone crashes? And is your phone completely up-2-date? What have you tried yourself to resolve this?
Do you also experience this when you have started your phone in Safe Mode? With the Safe Mode you start the device without installed third-party apps, the device then only boots with standard applications. Look here for information on how to start Safe Mode on your device: https://bit.ly/3gqindd

What a pity to read that you're considering to leave us! Have you also contacted the app developers? Perhaps an app update can resolve this issue for you 😇 You can also send in an error report via our Samsung Members-app. My colleagues of the R&D department will receive a log of your phone and they can investigate if this can be resolved due an update from us.
