Hi everyone!
I got my S22 Ultra 17 days ago and already had issues with some dead pixels on the screen, well if you think about it this can happen right? But the thing is, at the samsung store they said that Samsung has a shortage on some parts and they have no idea when the screen will be available for replacement. In summary i bought a very expensive phone ( on the pre order) and now i have nothing! I have ask the store to leave the phone with me while they are waiting for the parts and they said that is not possible, what a ridicoulos policy! My phone is there doing nothing while I'm needing my phone to work.
Does somebody here experiencied the same and can advice me?
For a very consilodated brand and a expensive phone that is FRUSTRATING!

I do have warranty, the phone is 17 days old, in the Netherlands the only replace the phone whitin 14 days after the purchase day, sadly!

Dear fatihbahadir,
Its at Samsung Service Center Amsterdam.
I was expecting more from Samsung, I did call the Customer service and the only thing they said was: "We are sorry, you need to wait"
Worse part of it is the guy at Samsung said that it can take up to 3 months.

I have tried that, the situation is UNBELIAVABLE!
