Hello All,
On 13 June, my S21 was said to be damaged and impossible to repair (still under guarantee) and Samsung proposed to replace it with a new S22. I was promised to be delivered within 15 working days maximum, but now it's been more than 2 months that I've been waiting for my phone, without ANY updates from Samsung. When I call client service, they only tell me I have to wait, or promise I will be delivered next week, but it's been like that for MORE THAN 2 MONTHS NOW.
I've contacted mediation services to file a complaint and consider filing a complaint for fraud with the local police and criminal court.

Thank you for reaching out. I can imagine that you're disappointed for waiting this long for a solution. If asked my colleagues watch the status is and they say you will contacted this week to make an appointment so you can receive your new phone.
