Hi I did a software update yesterday and now my side button doesn't work. It's the 1 that powers off. Any1 else having same problem. It worked fine before that update.

Try holding down the BIXBY/VOLUME DOWN/POWER keys simultaneously. See if that "forces" the phone to reboot. If it does, and opens the screen where you would normally do a hard reset, scroll down to highlight CLEAR CACHE, then reboot the phone as normal, again, by scrolling down to the bottom of that list. I cannot promise that that will work, but it may be worth a go.

@Kegs1979: Please try heading to Settings > Advanced features > Side Key > Press and hold, and make sure that 'Power off menu' is selected. If it is, head to the Samsung Members app > Press and hold on the app icon > Diagnostics > Buttons, and follow the on screen instructions. Does this flag any issues when you press the Side Key?
