Anyone know why my s21 ultra has started to vibrate during the night even though the phone is on flight mode, its some sort of notification but there's no option to disable notifications,this is now a problem as it's waking me up 2-3 times per night

Go into your notification settings and view the notification history, and locate which notification is coming during the night.
From there it should be easy to stop it.1

Try your sound settings and turn off vibration and i think flight mode does it

Flight mode should stop everything but it allows ui to notify me of what I've no idea as nothing is there to see

Flight mode only stops communications, nothing else. To identify the app Toast Source – Apps on Google Play

will sort you out. It displays the name of the offending app that sends the notification.

I'm having the same problem on my Note 20 ultra..  I haven't been able to find a solution either..  Probably going to have to contact Samsung directly..
