Samsung S21 Enhanced Processing ? Game Booster ?

Hi, 
Firstly ,
I have found out that without using "Enhanced processing". 
"Instagram Filters" will be literally unusable. Lag like HELL !
Is this normal or software issue ? Please help.

Secondly, 
"Game Booster" is bug or what ?
When I turn on "Priority Mode"  FPS drop like crazy ! ! !
Send help please! ! !

the phone is very new it has a new operating system it will take time for it.

@icyfrog: Regarding the Instagram issue, please check the Google Play Store for any updates by tapping the 3 lines in the top left > My Apps & Games > Updates > Instagram, to see if this helps.

Gaming takes so much of the battery, unlike my previous device I get to play an 30mins to an hour without worrying of heating up my phone like crazy and getting so much battery drain. I haven't even gotten past 5 hours of screen on time.
