S21 VoLTE toggle is Missing after November 1 2021 security update

I have a brand new S21 Plus purchased a week ago, it was working fine with VoLTE toggle visible.  After the November patch update it is gone, can't see, hence cannot make calls. Right now it is like a paperweight on my table and I had to switch back to S9+ again to make calls.

Looks like it is an issue with S21, if not resolved quickly by Samsung I have to return it to best buy. 

Does anyone have a solution?

The option under: Settings- Connections - Mobile Networks?

...mine is still there so maybe just a problem with your device. You tried doing a simple reboot, just switching it off and on again, and making sure everything else(apps etc) is up to date?

All I could suggest bar that is doing a Battery and Device Care scan, and a diagnostic test via the Members app.

Done all of those.... Anyone has the same problem?

for me this all happened after beta 4 install, this patch broke it. 

I saw a couple of posts with the same problem, but they say it got fixed by carrier service, no such luck in my case though.

Even I am facing same issue. All the setting related to VolTE are not visible in Mobile Networks screen
