Unfortunately I can't try on a Samsung Galaxy s²¹ Ultra as I do not own one but this does work on my Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra and Samsung Fold³ which both have Samsung One Ui 4.1 on them.
Have you perhaps tried clearing history , cache and cookies in your chosen browers to see if this will help @galovadia89

I had the same yesterday on my S21 ultra. Rebooting my phone solved it (for now).

Same thing is happening to me with the regular S21 5G. Videos are not starting in ether browser and youtube app. Sometimes restarting the app helps but more often not. Rebooting the device is the only option, but works for a while, them the videos stop playing again.
