S21 Ultra not connecting WiFi at 5G

I have a S21 Ultra 5G and so does my wife - My phone only connects WiFi at 2.4Ghz (although its set to 5G preferred) but my wife always goes straight to 5G.  Have checked both setting and compared and apart from the IP  address etc all seem the same.  So please what am I missing from my phone?, to always go to 5Ghz at home

I don't know. My S23U connects to 5ghz immediately but my wife's S21U always connects to 2.4ghz.
It doesn't really matter unless you play certain online games.

You could force it to connect by changing your router settings so you have one SSID for 2.4 and another for 5ghz.
