Is anyone having video plackback issues? I was watching a film on Amazon Prime and the video playback was slower than usual, it like stutters. Also since the latest update the phone is lagging, I think its having problems with the auto motion smoothness 10 hz to 120hz,  its annoying

Are you using Mobile Data or Wi-Fi connection to watch as one may be weak.

If a phone is not behaving after an update then try clearing your phone's System Cache Files.

Clear your phone's System Cache Files by turning your phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phone's System Files and clear the cache. No information is lost this way. You may need to insert your headphones or hook upto a computer with your data cable to get to this menu on the phone.

it's not going into recovery mode for some reason, it just turns on

yeah like BandofBrothers said you will have to plug your phone into computer to get it to work,the press volume up and power button (when phone is off) to get onto reboot settings-then clear partition cache wipe
