Hi everyone,  my wife and I have just got the new S21 ultra and can't get any headphones working on them just keeps saying USB device not recognised.  Help.....thanks.

Make sure that the usb_c to 3.5mm audio jack has a dac built in.

Bluetooth headphones or earbuds are the way to go with the S21.

You do get the adapters but apparently they are not ideal.
