Please be aware that the standard warranty for your Galaxy S21 Ultra covers software and hardware defects, but not instances of physical/liquid damage, or unauthorised modifications to the software. If you are based in the Sri Lanka then please reach out to the dedicated support team in your region, and an advisor will be able to arrange for the phone to be inspected by an authorised Samsung engineer.
