S21 Ultra Charging Issues -

Is anyone experiencing charging issues.. the last two nights I've had my phone charging from 11pm to till 5am and both days I've woke up and it's only on 56% charged? (Says Super Charging is working but just doesn't go past 56%) 

 Confused.. Any ideas?

Have had 2 s21+ 30w charges , both have gone on me, both times I hear a pop from the plug , after that they stop working and are very hot to touch . Any ideas why this is happening, both plugs came from Samsung website.

@oapgunner: Can you confirm where you're based, as we only sell 25W plug adapters on the Samsung UK website. Have you tried charging from another plug socket, or tried another appliance in the same socket, to see if the issue persists?
