S21 Ultra 1x Camera Focus Blurry

Hi,

Over the last couple of days I've noticed if I try to focus in the distance with my 1x lens, the camera is clearly struggling to focus clearly and I don't get a sharp focus anymore. The other lens work fine.

Anyone else facing the same issues?

Attached 1x and 3x. 3x is sharp but not 1x

Have you got scene optimiser on?

Also the main lens is 1.8 aperture compared to the 2.4 apeture on the 3x
So has a shallow depth of field.
In contrast the 10x has 4.9 aperture so is the sharpest of all lenses.

The main camera is good for the bokeh shots.

If I keep on flicking between the lenses, I can finally get a focused 1x shot at the same distance.

This is eventually what I get, a focused shot after flicking through all the lenses and then going back to the 1x

Phone had to go for repair. New camera module replaced and camera's perfect now!

I have the same problem aswell. How long did it take to get it fix?

Picked up and returned within the week. Total 5-6 days without a phone

Did they refactory your phone? Wasn't sure shall I back up everything first just incase

Not sure if they do a factory reset. They do request you sign out from your Google and Samsung accounts before sending it in, but I just factory reset it at my end as didn't want my personal information out there just in case.
