Hi, I have a new S21 5G and keep getting a notification of an email received, which is obviously spam from the title, but doesn't actually appear in my email in box or junk. It's driving me mad because no matter how many times I swipe to clear the notification it keeps reappearing, always with a recent time stamp. I have BT Virus Protect on my phone and a scan shows no issues. Any ideas?
@LindaB1: Next time the notification pops up, please try heading to Settings > Notifications > Recently Sent, to see if the Email app is indeed responsible for the notification. If not, try deleting any recently installed applications, then restart your S21. I also recommend heading to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Device Protection > Scan Phone, to see if this flags any issues.
