Sense 2 on wrist calls with Galaxy S21 not working - connection error.
Have been through every FAQ and community tip, including fitbit support. Works when first set up once, but then goes through to fitbit on a call, but does not connect - give a connection error until everything is removed, reset, updated etc. So not usable at present.
Am now thinking about a hard reset on the S21 as this fitbit worked on another Samsung mobile and another fitbit versa 4 did not work on the S21 phone. So am thinking maybe its a phone hardware/software issue.
Has anyone else experienced this.?

I'm having exactly the same issue with my s21 ultra, seems to have fitbit support scratching their heads too. Did you get it working in the end? It worked briefly for one call, but have not made it work again since. It will cancel calls no problem but just not answer them. All very frustrating
