Do the restarts happen at regular intervals @sify27 ?
I'm wondering if your auto restart is turned on in your phone's settings !
More about this here > Samsung Support Page > Restart-your-galaxy-phone-regularly-to-prevent-it-from-slowing-down-or-freezi...
If this isn't turned on then may I suggest to try the following.
- Ensure your phone's software is updated.
- Check your apps in the Playstore and Galaxy Store are updated.
- If relevant uninstall anything obtained via an apk file.
- Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.
- Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
- Run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members app.
- Send your feedback via your Samsung Members app with any relevant errors logs.
- As a very last resort back up and Factory Reset and then reset up your phone as a new phone. There might be something corrupted in your back up. Once set up see how the phone behaves.
- A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone too.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care. 😎
