Playing Pocket Tanks sometimes stops and jerks

When I play  Pocket Tanks sometimes the game stops for a fraction of a second and then jumps and jerks.

Any idea what might cause this?

Memory problem? I've tried clearing the cache.

S21 Ultra full spec.
