Outlook sync fail

Following last Samsung update to S21 Ultra, it has removed all Outlook contacts and won't sync. All settingsare on; Samsung helpline couldn't fix. Interested to hear from anyone else withe same issue or better still, a solution!

Try searching for 'manage accounts’ under settings and make sure it's synced.

I had a problem with my Outlook last month where emails wouldn't sync but was getting calendar sync with Gmail

I contacted MS support through the app and they had me send them logs. They said they got the logs and will work to have that fixed. It was down for 3 weeks and then started working.

Outlook, feedback, support, I believe is where you contact them
