What's goin on SAMSUNG i pay 1000$ for my phone and still can't use 4g and 5g 

how long we have to wait until you fix this? any moderator read this? it's really shame i can't answer my messenger phone call becouse lost connection everywhere in city! i must use 3g what is shame for that phone i feel like in 2010!

at least 5 topic's here and many videos on youtube about this and no one solved this without change software lol im really must risk softbirck becouse this? probably my last samsung phone from s2! don't tell me about airplane mode and other noob question's. im read half internet about this. really shame samsung how you treat your customers.

Which model of S21 do you own? (see screenshot)

Also, which country and network?

Go to.... Settings > About phone > Model number

I suspect that you bought your S21 from abroad and imported it from the USA or similar as you mentioned 1000 dollars. If that's the case then you can't get 5g and weak 4g in the UK due to different bands used in different countries.

It's true this is a shame! No connection, well I have connection but I lost it every time
