Hi, is there an expectation that a beta will be available for S21 Ultra in the UK?

Well it's a possibility I guess.
But would come out for the S22 range and the Z Fold 5 +Z Flip 5 first
Think more than likely, you will have to wait until general release software

Honestly speaking, I don't think you're missing out on much. I've noticed practically very little difference from OneUI 5.1 other than less apps compatible with it.
