That's the whole story. Updated yesterday and now my phone vibrates every 10 minutes, day and night, with no associated notification.

I downloaded Nice Catch to find out what was causing it, and that says Android System is what's setting off the vibrations.

How do I make it stop? I've already silenced all notifications from all apps to make the phantom notification noises stop, now how do I make the random vibrations stop?

Hi, You could try the following options and see if it helps -

- Clear the cache in Settings > Apps > Android System > Storage > Clear cache. Restart your phone.

- Start your phone in recovery mode. Clear cache partition and in the same menu, there is also an option to repair apps.

Hi @Thecharmballoon

Well that's certainly a conundrum your facing here.

May I suggest Safe Mode as a process of elimination.

> Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

If all else fails as a last resort consider backing up your phone and Factory Reset.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎
