No sound on whatsap videos

At first sending videos they were distorting with a green line down the left side. Did a software update and they now send with picture OK but no sounds. Cleared cache on whatsap and still not working?

Have you installed the update that was released today?

Try and install the update that was released, then close and open the app again, hope it works.
