My Samsung S21 plus is not getting Software update

Good Day.

I am worried about my phone regarding not getting update software. 

At present..it is Android 12 

How can I solve it...anybody please suggest me..

At present..it is out of USA

Whats your CSC its your region code which relates on how and when your phone receives updates you find it on Settings - About Phone - Software Information - Service Provider software version

Your phone is dependent on the region of origin sending out the updates.

I'd the phone is not being used in the region it was released in then occasionally updates can take a little longer.

You could try Samsung Smartswitch.
