mic position and in call talking?

just been on a call where caller couldn't hear me most of the time ☹️ ... i could hear them fine 

.... just wondering where mic is on fe ? might be my case blocking it

@danx55: The microphone used for calls is located to the left of the USB port, and is pin hole sized. If you have a case or cover on your S21 FE then please check to see if the microphone is visible, and not blocked by the case.

I've had the same problem, after 5 attempts to fix the problem Samsung and wefix are unable to sort it.
They are not giving me a replacement or refund on my device.
I've had enough of the Samsung service and will no longer by any Samsung product after I decide to switch my phone.

that is very poor service... how old is your phone?

The phone is 15 months, and still under warranty.
Samsung says they are unable to find the problem so I need to send the phone for the 6th time for them to see if they can sort it out.
