Keyboard numbers on top side

Hello, I am trying to add the little numbers and symbols on top of keys. I can add them on key cafe but as soon as I go of key cafe and test it (I make sure to save) it doesn't change or add them. Please help

@Da6xn9 To enable these numbers, all you need to do is head to Settings > General management > Samsung Keyboard settings > Layout > Tap the toggle next to Number keys to enable/disable this. When disabled, you will see the numbers above the letters.
