Would love to upgrade to this, but the upgrade lounge keeps saying I can't upgrade until 14th Jan... which is today, and won't let me proceed. Any idea when this will be fixed?

I'd love to upgrade too, but seeing as the S20 came out in March last year, I still have 2 months to wait until I can, which means I also miss out on the promotional items too. Sigh

And to add insult to injury I've just had a email saying I can now upgrade, and it still won't let me and keeps saying I can't until 14th Jan....

Try a clear and cache and cookies from the browser, then re-login to the Upgrade Lounge, and let us know if you get some joy or not.

Yeh, just done that and tried on 3 different browsers now and still the same message. Can you find out what's happening?

meh little point upgrading....seems all like marketing speak with little tangible upgrades....only the price has been upped. also if you're gonna support s-pen put a silo into the phone chassis.

had same problem, saying the window was open but not allowed until 14 Jan??
finally allowed me to upgrade but Klarna declined??!
I'm in better situation than I was the 1st 2 times I've used them to upgrade, no debt or outstanding payments.
only thing I can think of, is I haven't had the phone 12 months, although Samsung sent me an upgrade option and allowed me to go through??
