You have a couple of possible options here-
1) Type **61*321**00# on your keypad. Replace 00 in the code with the number of seconds you want your phone to ring. Tap the Make Call button.
2) If this does not work, give your network a call and they will be able to help you with this.

This is set by your Network Provider.
Look for their relevant support page as it may hold shortcodes or instructions to enter into your voicemail settings to increase the ring time before voicemail kicks in.
Or ring their Customer Support Team.

EE does not support lengthening ring tone time. I tried the number given on the Which? website **61*07953222222**XX# and another number I found on Google **61*321**XX# . They did not work, so I rang EE. Managers are aware

I use Optus in Australia and their system allows the increments in 5 second lots up to 30 seconds. It could be you have similar issues. Try say 30 as 30 seconds.
