Help?? Apps keep crashing on device

Apps keep crashing on device... Any one having a similar issue?? 

Handful of apps not all...have rebooted and cleared cache etc

there is another pathway if comments below mine, which has a fix, but sorry I don't know the chap, so I am following a friends instruction...Will let you know how I get on!
