Getting some notifications late

I'm getting a bunch of texts and notifications in the middle of the night all at once. Some are texts that I should have gotten earlier in the day or If I was sent photos earlier in the day I'll get this @ night. 

How do I get all my texts when they are sent. It's super frustrating to get 11 notifications all at once @ 3am.

I just delete them ... do not reply as you will get more if they know it's an active number

you missed the point. they are saying that the notifications arent coming in as they should but rather on hold then boom all at once. ironically mine does this for some games. i think samsungs device care is sleeping them. or battery saver is.
