Fingerprint scanner

I've noticed on other models the fingerprint button lights up when screen is active but the s21 ultra doesn't, is there a setting to change this or will samsung update the feature for us to use in the future?

I assume you mean when the screen is inactive.

>Settings
>Biometrics & Security
>Fingerprints (enter pin)
>Toggle "Fingerprint always on" to [ON]
>Set "Show icon when screen is off" to "On always on display"

Note: You may need to enable always on display for this feature if you haven't already.
