Hello. Can someone tell me how to get this to work? Every time I enter my number it just takes me back to the home screen and leaves the page running in the background. I can swipe it away but it comes back every time I turn my phone on. Why won't it accept my number? Is it because my sim is unknown?

I have this too only it doesn't just come up when I unlock my phone, it also comes on at the most random points when I'm using my phone (no equal time inbetween pop ups either) which is very annoying if I am on a call or trying to get literally anything done. Have tried putting in my number and pressing continue, but it still pops up. Have also tried pressing skip, it still pops up. I have a Samsung Galaxy A50. If anyone has any suggestions or solutions I would appreciate it!

I have the exact same issue. So ***** annoying!

And of course no reply from Samsung...

No wonder xiaomi is kicking Samsungs ass on the global market.

on  S10 I have the same issue for about two last months, and despite there have been already two updates installed (the last one has been today), the pop-up hasn't stopped appearing. I see people struggle with this since last winter and Samsung hasn't done anything. Samsung f**rs! Fix this damned issue! We aren't ranting on some other forum, this is your official community, for f**k sake! Lazy *****, we pay you our money for these mobile devices!

I had the same problem as you with my number and my phone. My number was not compatible with my Galaxy. This was so strange. Have you tried to put another sim and to enter the phone number? When I tried with my mother's sim, all was alright. I understood that something wrong with my sim, and I've changed it.
Moreover, with that sim, I couldn't even find my number location on Number Tracker Pro, which was also strange. I changed it, and all is alright. I have managed to enter the number, and I can also see the location.
