Connection issues or mmi invalid

Hi all I'm having this error code and can't fix I've tried rebooting phone I've factory rest phone I have tried all the codes but this one don't work at all *#*#4636#*#* is there a fix for this

@cammysmith90: Are you only experiencing the error when dialing the above code? If you dial *#0*# in to your telephone keypad, does this enter the hardware test screen ( a series of grey tiles)?
