A jar fell out of my cupboard recently and onto my phone (!) The inner screen was damaged meaning half of it was strobing, ANYWAY it is now fixed (goodbye £325) and I thought perhaps it might be a good idea maybe to get some insurance... so I'm trying to buy it from Samsung Care+ but it is saying I am unable to as soon as I put the phone ID.
I'm assuming because I got it fixed through Samsung, how can I let Samsung know my phone is now fixed and I would like to insure it finally?
