Bad stutter on s21ultra when set to 60hz refresh rate

I have just set my s21ultra to the 60hz refresh rate after applying the setting the screen is stuttering badly anyone else getting this issue? I haven't until now used the 60hz normal setting only adaptive display

Is it the scrolling that's stuttering ?

If its app's then try closing down the apps and clear the caches of the one's that are not playing nice.

Changing the refresh rate shouldn't really be causing this however.

One extra step is to clear the phone's System Cache Files.

Clear your phone's System Cache Files by turning your phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phone's System Files and clear the cache. No information is lost this way. I clear the cache every day Chara I was a member in the Android 12 beta programme matey learned a lot there

I would Hope this isn't going to need a factory reset.

Was fine before android 12 I'm thinking this is an issue with that as there are many issues being reported why Samsung have halted the rollout
