Bad stutter on s21ultra when set to 60hz refresh rate

I have just set my s21ultra to the 60hz refresh rate after applying the setting the screen is stuttering badly anyone else getting this issue? I haven't until now used the 60hz normal setting only adaptive display

In that case @G0UDG perhaps send this as feedback via your Samsung Members App.

Samsung should be made aware of as many potential bugs as possible.

Soft reboot doesn't solve the issue Band Of Brother's I clear system cache every day and also apps cache hasn't solved the issue

These issues seem to mostly affect the Exynos version of the s21ultra I was considering upgrading to the s22 ultra I'll wait and see if the issues are repeated in that especially if the s22 has the same modem and antenna as this phone has major signal issues its basically a camera without a phone thats how it feels sadly
