App Notifications

I am having trouble with my S21+ on notifications. For example, my Ebay app usually played different types of notifications on my S10+. It seems that my new phone only plays the default sound for all notifications across all apps. 

When I click on sound in the screenshot below, it only shows the standard notifications on the phone and not Ebay sounds. I have no idea how to change anything. This is happening to all of my apps. However, I'm using Ebay for this issue

@rpierce: If you head to Settings > Apps > Ebay > Notifications, can you see an option called 'In App Notifications'? If so, are you able to set up your preferred notification sounds from here?
