To check if your device has the eligible CSC code for Beta test firmware for the U.K. (BTU), go to...
Phone Settings > About phone > Software information > Service provider software version (see screenshot)
Changing your CSC code using, "SamKey", is no longer possible as this method has been blocked in the latest stock updates at, I am given to understand, the behest of network carriers who did not want it altered from their own carrier firmware. This has nothing to do with which carrier your SIM card is on. Flashing stock Samsung firmware will NOT change your CSC code either.
U.K. CSC code eligible for Beta on G99*B devices
BTU = Stock, unbranded, Samsung firmware
U.K. CSC codes that are ineligible for Beta on G99*B devices
EVR = EE/BT
VOD = Vodafone
O2U = O2
H3G = Three
OXM = Multi regional, non specific, CSC code
N.B. This limited Beta roll-out was also used on last year's S20 devices with only a handful of countries eligible and only certain CSC codes.

Chances are that if anyone has not already been notified in the Samsung Members app about the previous Beta, 16 days ago, that their CSC code would not be the eligible BTU mentioned in post#3, above.
