S21 Ultra not updating

OK just by circumstance I happen to have 2 S21 Ultra's.  The first one I received updated straight away to the latest January firmware however the new one I received doesn't seem to update to it.  Both devices are from Samsung.  Just find it a bit strange.

Doesn't show, says its most current up to date when checking

maybe it auto updates.check the software version in the update menu.

Thanks will check it again after I complete its first charge.

look in the posts... this is due to the network not registering the first time.

turn phone off... extract and reposition the sim card in the slot... reboot.

this also affects the Samsung pay app and members.

it might also be the reason why the update hasn't come through. as soon as I did this I got a new Samsung phone update.

Tried turning off, removing, reinserting sim card but this doesn't seem to do anything for me on the S21.

I'm stuck on EUX CSC?

I also tried swapping to a different sim but still no change

I've tried that to Joeeye. O2 and Voda sim.

Mine were SMARTY and Three, although both do run on the Three network

ok... I was pessimistic when I did it... I rebooted and it didn't seem to work. a few minutes later I got a service message, which if my memory is correct said 'Network Service settings updated ... press to restart phone. '

After I did this and rebooted, the members app moved from the error it had... and the Samsung pay changed from the German message that was previously there.

5 minutes later I received a Samsung phone update.

sorry it didn't work for you guys... it might be worth trying the same steps again later. I assume you have put the sim in the top side of the tray... and maybe to remove, remove the nano sim from the tray, clean the contacts, reposition and try again.
