ok... I was pessimistic when I did it... I rebooted and it didn't seem to work. a few minutes later I got a service message, which if my memory is correct said 'Network Service settings updated ... press to restart phone. '
After I did this and rebooted, the members app moved from the error it had... and the Samsung pay changed from the German message that was previously there.
5 minutes later I received a Samsung phone update.
sorry it didn't work for you guys... it might be worth trying the same steps again later. I assume you have put the sim in the top side of the tray... and maybe to remove, remove the nano sim from the tray, clean the contacts, reposition and try again.
