@meteoron: To troubleshoot the issue, please start by pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together until the phone restarts, as this will refresh the device and resolve any temporary software issues. Don't worry, this won't affect your personal data or settings.
Following the restart, please head to Settings > Software update > Download and install, to ensure your device is fully up to date, followed by Security and privacy > Security update. Now, head to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Intelligent Wi-Fi, and toggle off the following settings: 1. Switch to mobile data 2. Switch to better Wi-Fi networks 3. Turn Wi-Fi on/off automatically 4. Wi-Fi power saving mode.
You may also wish to head to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings, however please be aware that this will also reset your mobile network and Bluetooth settings. Let me know how you get on.

This happened when I was travelling and I needed to access different WiFi networks. It also kept asking for verifications if I did a reset, or tried to do a reset, then completely ignored them. My S20 FE completely failed me as a travelling phone and support will offer you nothing. Now I'm back from travelling it offers me available networks, where I don't need them. I was also locked out of my phone when a railway ticket inspector needed to see the tickets that were on my phone. I can't tell you how much fun that was. This phone was a bad investment but Samsung got my money and it is out of warranty so there is no solution for being this useless and they don't seem capable of providing one.
