Wiping the Partition Cashe.
Just in case it's a software bug or a rouge app
I have put the process below. It's easy to do and very quick if you follow it properly
Wiping cache partition fixes some of the bugs and improve performance by removing unwanted cache files.
Turn off your phone.
Connect your phone with a USB cable
to PC or another Samsung mobile
You will see the charging icon on your screen.
Wait till it shows charging with battery percentage.
Next, press and hold the Volume up and Side key simultaneously.
You can press the volume up button just before the Side key.
The Samsung Logo followed by
Samsung Galaxy appears on the
screen.
At this point, release the keys
Phone will boot into Android Recovery mode
In Android recovery mode, using Volume keys, choose "Wipe Cache
Partition" .
Then press Side Key to Confirm by selecting "Yes" and then press Side Key
You get "cache wipe complete" at the
bottom of the screen
Restart the phone to complete the
process

I complained to Samsung and this is their reply:
We're unaware of any faults with the S20 series. In the event a fault was found by our engineers, we would issue a recall. We have not found any faults thus far, and so have not issued any form of recall. Our products undergo strict testing before being released to the public, and we have full confidence in the quality. It may be best to send your phone off to an engineer in this instance for an inspection. You can book a repair using the following link:
Has anyone else reported this issue to Samsung?

The white screen happened to my S20 ultra too, I was thinking to pray open the phone when I xamw across some videos in Ytube, I tap the screen to wake the phone on/off and suddenly it's ok, that's when I clear the password etc, I managed too do backups, reset to factory settings, reinstall and my phone is good, now it happens to my sister's phone, the same thing, definitely not hardware but software, Samsung do something and please don't be arrogant and silly
