Ive lost access to emails and social media accounts after last update. Inputting correct password ..states unable to verify me !! Updates are a nightmare

That's really unusual. After an update, access to the usual apps shouldn't change.

It logged me out of everything..but the Meta linked apps just wont accept passwords now..and cant access email to password reset. 🤷‍♀️
