I have the s20 fe and since the December update my phone won't charge unless I turn it off 1st plug USB in then switch it on then it will charge anyone else with this issue? Just a side note I have tried taking apps off

I've not experienced this issue either with using wireless charging or charging using a Samsung charging brick and cable @splodge77 before or after the December updates.

Are you able to try another official Samsung Brick and cable just as a process of elimination.

Also check inside the charging ort with a torch just to ensure no debris is inside.

Your phone has a diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members app.

Failing that you may need to let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on to check the phone over.

SAME WAITING FOR A FIX !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I CANT UNDERSTAND HOW SOMEONE CAN BRICK SO MANY USERS PHONE WITH ONE UPDATE !

ARE YOU GUYS EVEN TESTING BEFORE SENDING UPDATES TU US !
